Smoke and Mirrors: Youth, Cannabis and Driving
The inaugural Barry V. King Lecture, entitled Smoke and Mirrors: Youth, Cannabis and Driving, explores the growing concern in the rise of drug use while driving, common misconceptions, youth perspectives on cannabis, and current enforcement programs in Canada.
Hosted in partnership with Dalhousie University’s Centre for Addiction Research, this free public event is an opportunity to engage participants in a two-way dialogue to raise awareness of and examine ways to address the growing problem of drugs and driving amongst youth.
